Noordzee Hostel - Terms and conditions

1. We are only authorized to accommodate properly registered guests. For this purpose, guests have to present their valid national ID card or passport, or any other valid proof of identity to the relevant hotel employee upon arrival

2. We do not allow food or drinks brought from outside consumed in our restaurant, dormitory and public premises

3. We may offer guests who ask to extend their stay a different room to the one in which they were originally accommodated

4. We are not responsible for the guests valuables

5. Guests are obliged to pay for any damage they cause

6. At the check in the guests have to pay the total amount of their stay

7. Check in time is after 2pm. Your room will be guaranteed until the next day 6am, if you did not checked in before that time your reservation will be fully charged as no-show

8. Check out time is 12 noon, if you do not check out before 12 noon we are entitled to bill our guests for another day

9. Any cancellation made less than three (3) full days from the scheduled check-in date (irrespective of the number of stay dates booked) or any no-show in respect of a booking, will result in the total payment under that Booking Confirmation being forfeited irrespective of the number of stay dates remaining

10. Bookings including extensions are non-refundable

11. Guests may not move furnishings, or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the hotel rooms or on the premises of the hostel without the consent of the hostel management

12. It is not allowed to cook in the room

13. It is not allowed to smoke in our rooms. Smoke cleaning fee will be 2000 peso per room

14. It is not allowed to light candles or any other type of fire in the room

15. If the guest breaks their stay, money will not be refunded

16. Complaints by guests and any possible suggestions for improving the hostel activities are received by the hotel management. We would be very pleased to improve our guests stay

17. Upon departing, guests are obliged to turn off all water faucets, as well as the lights in the room and its facilities, and to shut the door as they leave

18. For security reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 12 years of age without adult supervision in the hotel room or other areas on the hotel premises

19. Guests are to observe nighttime peace and quiet in the period from 11.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m., i.e. they are not to disturb the other guests accommodated in the hostel

20. Any illegal activity or possession/storage of dangerous substance like but not limited to drugs, fireworks, chemicals are not allowed in our hostel. If we find any illegal substance we will inform the police

21. Articles left behind by hotel guests and found after departure will be kept for collection by owner up to ninety (90) days. After that time unclaimed items will be disposed by the hotel as seen fit

22. Guests are obliged to observe the provisions of these House Rules. In the event that a guest is in breach of these rules, the hotel has the right to repudiate the agreement on the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period has elapsed

23. The hostel will not be held responsible for the acts or omissions of third persons occurring on the premises, except, when they arise out of the strict performance of hostel employee or representative duties. In any case, the hostel will not be held responsible under any circumstances for damages

24. For not returned or lost keys we charge 100 peso
